Staff is super friendly. Clearance prices used to be great, but now they are not great at all. I find way better deals online than I do in the outlet store.

My most favorite store ever! Sales associates are always very helpful and knowledgeable about product. I love the Torrid cash and other discount programs. All the clothes fit perfectly the way a short-average plus sized gal would like them to look.
